Shockingly bad service, the bike was delivered a week late, totally ruined my plans and the owner refuses to accept responsibility for the delay and handling.

SA Bike Transport was late with this bikes delivery even though the booking was made in plenty of time. Client needs to direct his frustration at the carrier not the booking agent.

You failed to follow up, you failed in your communication with the transportation company and even withheld payment until just days before scheduled pickup.
This is a litany of deflection and blame dodging that is absolutely inexcusable.
