Shocking Service.
Shocking service to say the least. Zero communication from Bike Freight Transport. As in nothing. After sending E Mails I get told by Peter that he is not a driver and he has copied the drivers on E Mail. Had to find the actual people that were transporting the bikes number and communicated with them. Peter takes your money and that's it. Paid for bike to have front bubble wrapped. NOTHING. Stay away. There are real transporters out there.

05 Jun 2023, 16:15Apologies were made to this client because of late collections due to a (new) driver having left his phone at home and arriving a couple of hours late for the collection. In the meantime the collection address had been changed without any notification to Bike Freight. Due to the change of collection address additional charges were due, these off course were not paid and so Bike Freight is out of pocket. Typical client who blames others for their short comings.

05 Jun 2023, 16:21Change of address that made it easier for collection. As in Closer. This was just an attempt to fleece another R650 from me due to the pick up being 3 hours late due to phone of driver switched off.
