Dont use bike freight transport

I made a booking with full payment and not even 2 days later I canceled and requested a refund with numerous phone calls and emails it's been almost 3 months later and I still havnt heard anything or been able to get ahold of him , absolutely shocking trying to **** customers this needs to be stopped looking at all the other people that have been affected
