No Response to Query - Deceased relatives Finance

My father-in-law passed away on 2/3/2015. Shortly afterwards his sons discovered he still had finance on his motorcycle. I took it upon myself to sort it out with Bikefin. Schanne was the contact person. That was in last year. She was going to come back to me with answers regarding this matter. I had no response what so ever. I then gave it over to my brother-in-law. He contacted her and also could get no feedback. Again I took it upon myself to sort it out. On the 17th of March I sent a mail, no response. Then again on the 31st of March and on the 11th of April. This has been going on now for more than a year. Phoning Bikefin also does not help. They give you options to hold on for a department, but there is nobody that answers. It is like the company exists of recorded tapes...
