Rouge Dealer

I advertised that I was looking for a mechanic who do home visit to come and look at my scooter. These guys contacted me via Gumtree and said they will collect and deliver the bike for me. Within an hour they were here to collect. It's been 2 weeks since I've paid them and requested for my bike to be delivered. I've sent countless emails to the owner William who comes up with different excuses as why he is not delivering. All I want is for them to keep their side of the agreement and return my bike. Is that to much to ask?
