Bike craft communication difficuty

I was informed my bike will be there for about 2 weeks after approval was given. Bike was finished almost 3 weeks later. I received a whatsapp message with a video of my bike starting which was very good news and exciting. I contacted them on Wednesday to get an update, they sent invoice on Monday, but due to technical difficulty, I didn't receive it. I received it on Wednesday, paid it. I was given now day or time for delivery. I had to keep sending a message or phoning to get an update. On Friday, I sent another message asking for an update explaining the above, because I wanted to ride on that Saturday. They said, Fridays are mad rush and will only deliver on Monday. In short. Communication from them is terrible. I wanted to speak to the owner, but the person never sent my request and I never received a callback. It looks like they do good work, but you have to keep pushing to get an answer.
