EXCELLENT SERVICE

About 2 years ago I bought a Bashan Explode 250cc motorcycle privately. This motorcycle has never been registered since new and the owner did not have the registration papers anymore. In my search to obtain the registration papers, I found that the original bike shop where the bike was bought did not exist anymore. I tried various avenues to obtain the necessary registration papers but without luck. <br> <br> Earlier this year I came across BIKE BOUTIQUE motorcycle shop in Worcester [Email Removed] who happened to be a Jonway agent. I spoke to Yolande about my problem. She then promised to assist me in obtaining the necessary registration papers. Through the months she kept me up to date with her progress. She had to get Jonway head office (Southern African Motorcycles Pty LTD (SAM)) to release my motorcycle to BIKE BOUTIQUE in order to obtain the registration papers.<br> <br> On 09/09/2015 she contacted me with the good news that my registration papers had arrived. She really went out of her way to accommodate my problem and she solved it with a smile. Well done to BIKE BOUTIQUE in Worcester. Excellent service like this is very scarce in SA. You gained another customer!!!!
