Absolute bad service Bike and Biker warehouse Ellofsdal

Don't think that Bike and Biker Warehouse in Ellofsdal Pretoria deserve one star. We took our bike to them to fix gearbox. The bike had no other faults except 1st gear that was slipping. The bike does not even want to start or idle anymore, after we were told there was fault on the wiring, and was told if this is fixed, also through an auto electrician they use, and they took the bike there, the problem will be fixed as the computer box is getting wrong information ,thus giving out wrong signals. So now today, they are closing for December, we were told to come and fetch the bike, as he cannot keep it there over the whole December. So we went there. The bike still does not want to idle. We spent over R17000 and this is the service you get. Not once did they contact us on any progress, we had to phone them the whole time. Since middle October till today. And we now face the difficulties in getting the bike home.
