Senior stylist actually makes me cry

I went to get a curly blow wave done at the Bijan hair salon. A guy started doing it but he didn't know how so he ended up getting the hair brushes stuck in my head. There were about 5 of them. A senior stylist Santana came to help him get the brushes out. At first she was really nice and was taking them out, it took time to take out the brushes coz they were stuck so badly and it was very painful as they came out so naturally I would get frustrated. She then tells the guy that next time if the client requests this style, they must advise the client that it cannot be done so I tell her that I get my hair done like this in Durban all the time and that if their salon couldn't do the style I should have been informed before. At this point I was starting to cry coz of the pain and frustration and I told her that I just want to leave the salon as is. All of this made her scream,take off with me and embarrass me. She told me that I was being rude and that she's trying to help and that if she wanted to she could leave the hairbrushes in my head till tonight, then she screams and says this isn't durban and this is their chair I'm sitting on and I must not talk about the salon like that.
