WORST COMPANY TO SIGN WITH!!!

if I had a lower rating than 1 start i would give it to Big World. They are so incompetence and never response to any communication you send them. i had a contract with them 2years ago, i used to do a manual payment to them without skipping any month. After i was done with that contract i cancelled because the sim came with alot of problems, but I was told my account was in arrears, i send all proof of payment so they can rectify this but it took close to 3 months to update this, a few month after i did this i realise that they went and added their profile to my credit report and they still saying i owe them after i have paid them. they even have a different number, even today i am still fighting with them to remove that account off my report as this is affecting my score badly.
