DISSAPOINTED

This is very bad, i took out a phone contract with them, on november 2018, they deduct my service fee and send me a sms my fone is ready to go to the couries for delivery, i tried to phone them so many many times, cause, i didnt recieved the phone since then, but no answer, it is so bad, im so dissapointed, hope i can hear something from them.
