On 23 October 2021, I paid Big Wheels S******s run by Willie Myburgh R48 000,00 for 3 x Big Boy bikes for the purposes of using them for business, and was advised that I would receive the bikes after one week. After making payment, Willie first advised that he could not open the proof of payment I emailed him and that I should resend. I resent and ask him to confirm receipt which he did telephonically. Weeks later he advised that the bikes I ordered are currently not available and he recommend a smaller capacity bike for same price of which I agreed. I waited a few weeks and he called again on 2 November 2021 to advise the ones he recommended are also not available and he recommended another make & model. I declined and advised that I will wait for the first alternative. It is now February 2022 and I have not got my bikes or heard from Willie Myburgh since. I have asked for updates on email and on WhatsApp (he just reads and no reply) but he does not revert. Since he was an Authorised Dealer (as per his business card), of Big Boy S******s I escalated the matter to the Head Office of Big Boy S******s, who contacted him, and Willie promised to revert. After no feedback I escalated again to H/O and they asked Willie to urgently advise, of which he did not. H/O eventually advised that he is not longer and Authorised Dealer of Big Boy S******s for months and no money was forwarded to H/O by him, so they cannot assist. I was advised to take the legal route against Big Wheels S******s and Willie Myburgh,

I want to warn anyone considering doing business with Willie Myburgh, that he is not an Authorised dealer of Big Boy S******s, and he is an ********* businessman.
