Worst Customer service

Bigman Westgate has the worst customer services ever. I bought a double range burger meal without garnish and no ice in my cooldrink. When I checked my food there's was literally 5 chips when I asked is this medium they said yes because its a combo. To me this is false advertising. 5 chips regarded as medium. That's ridiculous would never ever recommend them or support them again.
