So me and my wife decide to try something new, guess what we went to Bigman in Westgate. Damn was that a bad decision, firstly the cashier doesnt know whats on the menu, we ordered 2 burgers, she didnt know what 2 press. The eventually she was able to operate the tablet, the she got the order wrong nd came up with an excuse, of no this meal is 29 which is chicken, which was not ordered. She then gave me a attitude and said 2 me..... Can u see here dont say I was wrong. I left her bcoz she looked stressed, maybe she is new. We waited over 30mins 4 our food but there is no one in the q. She just decided 2 speak her own language tswana or something, and im coloured. I will never in my life advise anyone 2 go there, im an assistant manager in the banking industry and its people like these that, contributes 2 all the shops closing down... *** service, *** food ook. Nee *** dont ever go there.
