Outrageous costs

Exceptionally good service and gets the job done but you do not get advised of the cost upfront which is common courtesy with most businesses. 1 hour and 10 minutes of labour and unblocking a pipe which the problem was actually 10 meters down the pipe which puts the problem outside my property and a municipal problem but they could not find the drain. Everyones **** around me came into my yard. Now they telling me its toilet paper. 8 years of staying here and now i have a problem. Almost R2200 later because they used a fancy machine. Like i said very good at what they do but be prepared to sell your liver to pay their outrages costs.
