Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service, as well resultant damages to flooring

Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service.

Paid for a job inadvace, the "senior plumber", did not secure fittings in my kitchen appropriately, ended up causing a major leak, damaging my cupboards and appliances, as well as my laminate floor. They had to return 3 times to fix the plumbing issues. I paid out of pocket to repair my laminate flooring. The owner promised to compensate me, however almost 8 weeks later I have to constantly request updates and I am receiving the run around by the office staff. The owner refuses to take my calls.
