Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!

Worst service ever I urge any customers that want to us thier service to refrain from doing so. They dont communicate with there customers about whats happening with the parcel, Im left in the dark for a month now, no response from anybody they keep taking my Contact numbers and giving me different storys. They dont have a clue what customer service is. Bigfoot courier cannot even respond to most of the reviews the way the service is pathetic. Im the customer but i need to beg for my own parcel which i paid for that is expensive from the service provider all they needed to do is deliver my parvel but seems like its too mucj for them to do .
