<p>Big Foot you are absolutely useless! This is not the first time where I've booked an urgent collection and you've dropped me in the ****. <br />Oh no your guys said that it was closed, meanwhile my supplier is swearing ****** ****** because their despatch stays open!! They have security their until late into the evening, and yet Bigfoot says nope that they were closed.<br />Please if anyone has any suggestions for a more compitent courier, please do let me know as we are looking to drop Bigfoot.<br /><br /></p>
