unprofessional, unreliable & useless

<p>unprofessional and unreliable. i purchsed furniture for a client and the supplier used them to courier the unit to client. they have poor telephone s****s, arrange times to deliver and dont deliver tills days later - calling 5mins before they arrive. i had arrange for a handy man team to be on site to install. now my client is sitting with furniture pieces on his garage floor! i can only arrange installation next week!</p>
