Terrible service by Bigfoot Express

Hi Terrible Service!!! Our company have used Bigfoot often in the past and we were always very happy with the service. During October this year we were advised that the account was suspended because we have not used them for the last 6 months. We decided to go the COD way, to avoid all the hassles with opening an account again. The 2 parcels were dropped at Bigfoot P. E. on Wednesday, November 21st and we were advised that the parcels would reach Stellenbosch either Thursday or Friday, as deliveries to Stellies from Cape Town were done Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. On Monday November 26th, I was advised that the parcels were not delivered last week and only after numerous calls to Bigfoot Cape Town, the parcels were delivered today! What a shame, I will never use them again!
