slow service, dont want to deliver here dont want to deliver too far ????

Trying to get a very large load collected in Durban by bigfoot reference 232666 no ne answers the phone after 20 minutes in Durban - no one can give us a time yet surely if its a very large load you would get a truck there early to make sure you are going to get all the boxes on the truck rather than leave it till later when you might not get all in the truck? Also i have asked the manager at east london for a good price for the lot so far nothing and i live in glen eden about 30kms from east london she says they dont do every day but its a very large load so you telling me you cannot send a truck out with a very large load i can understand if its only one box but this is a bit ridiculous... i had them deliver parcels to buco in beacon bay but there too they complain that they cannot get into the company to drop off as they have to sit in a queue at security so what do you want bigfoot to deliver to my door in glen eden or sit in a queue at beacon bay and wait ?????? Pleases sort this out for collection asap today
