Poor Service Delivery Bigfoot Express (Jhb and Dbn branches)

In October 2024 we engaged the services of Bigfoot Express Freight of which we need automobile parts transported from Johannesburg. When it arrived in Durban much to our dissatisfaction our good were damaged. And we had to pay delivery fees of approximately+-R3000. I have called, emailed and to date they have not got back to me. They have arranged to make payment. However they insist I should have an account with them. Of which I do not wish to. Since there delivery service and customer service is so poor. I'm still yet to receive my payment from their negligence of my goods. Even the vehicle which it was purchased for couldn't be roadworthy. Due to their negligence. Totally dissatisfied customer
