PE BRANCH WORSE SERVICE EVER OUT OF ALL COURIER COMPANIES!!!!!

My parcel was send from CAPE TOWN to PE yesterday. Cape Town told me its here. I rate them 5 out of 5. With the PE BRANCH I was on hold for 10 minutes and the lady at reception took down the WAYBILL number and my CELLNUMBER, an hour later and still no call back.. RATED 1 OUT OF 5. Worse service ever. I need that parcel ASAP. But no luck in them phoning me back.

I spoke to Jacque the MAN in CHARGE and he promised me I will receive parcel before 12am today. 2:25 hours to go. He is a humble guy. Well mannered and I take my hate off for him. Of all the negative comments about the PE BRANCH speak to Jacque on ***. He will sort help you out quick quick.. Now if this is not service I dont know what is. Support this company because they keep their promises. Leave DHL, UTI and all the others and this use BIGFOOT. You wont go wrong. Thanks Jacque..... You're a STAR. Rating you 10 out of 10. Not 5 out of 5.
