pathetic service.avoid at all cost
wont go the extra mile for clients.limited to certain area****pect an elderly clients to drop off 22 boxes at their depot as they refuse to collect from him.they really dont strive for excellent service as advertised. avoid if you can.there are better companies out there that will really go the extra mile for you at reasonable cost. i have had several disappointments lately with bigfoot express. more posts to follow soon.feel free to contact me if you need more info
