Pathetic not worth any star!

Bigfoot Express Freight is not even worth a star - there service is pathetic. ! On 02/12/2019 they collected a pallet from us in Ballito (KZN) which had to go to there Boksburg depot were our guys would pick it up. Pallet arrived and when we went to pick it up we were told that it was send to Cape Town ?? WHY?? nobody knows. The pallet was supposed to arrive on Saturday morning 07/12/2019 back in Boksburg ( strange as they have trucks going up and down everyday they state. ? Pallet did not arrive on Saturday. After many phone calls they stated that it still was in CT. Pallet finally arrived on 11/12/2019 at night in Boksburg depot and delivered to our guys on 12/12/2019. They still presented the bill for the full amount even after the manager Devan stated that it was there fault and he would give a discount. After a long discussion they decided that Half would be fine and requested R700 while the total amount was R1388 (R700 is more than half!!) I requested a full explanation on how this happened and why the pallet was loaded in Boksburg to go to CT - No clear reply till now - spoke to Susan from the customer service and she is "investigating" but not replying. When the pallet was delivered after 10 days the items were broken and damaged and it is not sure if it can be fixed. If not we will be taking legal action against them as this seams to be the only way. The CEO from Boksburg and Head-office Durban were copied in on the mail with Susan - but off course NO reply. Useless company !
