Not fulfilling their legal obligations

Its been nearly 90days since one of their trucks collided into the back of my stationed car, after the initial contact I had to make with the Cape Town branch manager, & send the required quotations as per their request no one had contacted me or anything, just giving me the run arounds the whole time! but I have to use my car to generate an income while they are staling the whole process & go about their business! I wouldn't advice anybody doing business with such a company even if they are the lowest bid or available company!
