I have in my life never seen a company more *********** than you. I think that Eskom is currently more efficient than you.

You have made numerous commitments that we have passed on to one of our key accounts that we have now lost. When phoning, @'Shubnum Suliman' does not even answer the phone or does the effort to phone back so it remains a pure “***** you” attitude from bigfoot.

This is also not the first time that you have cost us money. Your attempt to service customers is beyond appalling.

I am sure this mail will go nowhere as once again you ********** “****ty” attitude towards customer service will probably prevail again.
