How are you still in business??????????????

I dont think you guys know how to run a successful business. Maybe successful because you take peoples money for a service that you can not provide.

With that being said your BIGFOOT EXPRESS and Omega couriers make false promises to customers, and when asked for and explanation why this was said the buck get passed on with a sorry and no repercussions.

I implore further customers not to make use of these companies as they can not be trusted to deliver your goods with out at least 5-10 calls, 5-10 emails to follow up on the tracking of the parcel as there is no site tracking available and if it is its not timelessly updated. I do have all the phone recordings of all the above mentioned on 3 different occasions.

The people that I have been in contact with are: Shubnum Suliman who is totally useless at her job, as she makes **** promises in order for the clients to make payment and then forget about you.(Shady) Rick Andhee who bless his soul tried to help but then fell into his companies trap of not fulfilling the request which he himself promised that my delivery will happen first thing in the morning, how I look at it is that he shrugged his shoulders and said to hell with this customer.

PLEASE GUYS THEY REALLY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED TO OFFER THE SERVICES THEY ADVERTISE.
