How are you still in business?

Phone rings off the hook, nonchalant attitude of the staff. Receptionist (when she bothers to answers the phone) wil place you on an infinite hold-loop, until the call simply gets cancelled or dropped. They don't delivered when promised, although arrangements were made. Promised delivery with 24-48hrs, well we are on 72hrs, and still no packages!!!!

All round POOR service, average rates and unreliable delivery times. STAY AWAY!!!!!
