DO NOT USE BIGFOOT EXPRESS!

Please do not use this company. Not only did they know a client of theirs was *****ulent (their client falsified a payment to our account - they provided a false POP upon purchasing goods from us) but when their client organised collection of goods from our factory, Bigfoot collected and then said as their client had not yet collected our goods from their dispatch we were now liable for payment of the delivery costs. They did not chase their client for payment but us, they held our goods and refused to release it until we paid their fees. Please be careful when doing business with them and do not sign the waybill as they apparently then hold you liable for payment, not the person that organised their services but the company where the goods are being collected from. You become liable for their payment organised by their clients simply by signing a waybill.
