I have lodged a complaint on 11/12/2019 about a truck driver who had no respect for me or other road users as he was driving like an idiot and was trying to drive as close as possible to my car. I got a response on the same day that the matter will be escalated to the correct persons and till today have received no feedback on my complaint. Bigfoot Express have no respect for their customers or any body else and is a pathetic company. I will make sure that everyone I know will know what a useless company you are.
