Carelessness

I called them and requested a quote for them to courier garage doors from Queensburg to Lady Frere and Daniel said they do not go to Lady Frere and I asked about Queenstown and he said they do. He gave me a quote and i accepted and sent him the delivery address and the manufacturer's details where to pick and who to contact. I asked for the invoice and asked him to let me know when they will make the delivery as my delivery address is not always occupied. He sent me the invoice on Friday the 15th April and i made a transfer yesterday. Today i got a call from their driver asking for directions to my East London address for the delivery. I told him that these doors are for Queenstown not East London and he told me to pay extra for that. I told him that i never arranged for any delivery in East London and am not going to make another payment. I told him that i have to speak to Daniel whom i made all the arrangements with. I called Daniel and he told me that my client is the one who gave them the East London address and i asked him how come he takes instructions from somebody else other than the one who made the initial arrangement and paid for the whole deal.
