Birthday present ruined by courier company

I ordered a wooden kitchen for my 4 year old daughter's birthday. The item was in perfect condition from the supplier as she sent me pictures before wrapping the item.

When item was to be delivered the driver from bigfoot express called me and was at the wrong address. He was at a shopping centre and he was rude from the get go. I mean the address is on the document. Upon arrival he had the audacity to ask me where is someone to help offload and why didnt I let them know that the item is big as they would have used a different truck as the one they have is too high. Please note that they were 2 men in the truck. My husband came home to help them, even using his own personal bakkie to help them with the height issue Apon helping, the item was damaged. The frame was broken and the wrapping torn. The feet for the kitchen were broken off and the wood damaged.

I refuse to take delivery of this item! This was suposed to be a delightful gift for my daughter's birthday ruined by a company who employ people who have no respect and appreciation for some else's hard work and hard earned money!

Don't use this company! Ever!
