Bigfoot lack of responsibility

We used Bigfoot to transport Vehicle engines to various parts of the Country. We make sure that the Engines are secured on a stand and carefully wrapped. Bigfoot managed to drop one of these engines which cost us R20 000.00 to repair (this was our true cost without labor), we put a claim in with their insurance who after 4 months came back offering us R5 000.00 and Bigfoot is not prepared to cover the balance for their error. We are a fairly small business and for us to have to carry this cost for their damage is costly. I would not recommend anyone making use of their services.
