bigfoot is dishonest

2nd time am having a problem with this company. firstly,i sent tem all details of the shipment weights and dim.the guy at collection call centre gave m a quote based on the info i gave to him.i sent the same info to 3 different freight companies. all 3 gave me quotes below R2000 so did bigfoot ,but bigfoot was R300 cheaper.i gave them the buss as i have been doing buss with them for many years. consignment was sent from jhb to my town just outside cape town. this is where the problem started.someone at cape town office called me to give me a new price which was R4000 more than what i was quoted. they expect me to pay this amount for empty cans which cost me only R500. if i knew they were gonna do this then i would have used one of the other companies.this is unprofessional and pathetic.i am a regular client of theirs but now they lost me as a client. avoid if you can.
