BigFoot courier Excellent service!

I am extremely pleased with the service of BigFoot Express courier. I phoned in with dimensions and weight for an approximate quotation, was happy with quote and asked for collection.

The parcel was collected extremely late (18.11) on Monday 30/5/2022, from a Johannesburg suburb.

It was delivered at 10.22 the next day in Shallcross, Durban!

I must add the driver and his assistant were very polite and apologetic for the late collection- mainly due to traffic and power outages.

The online tracking service is very efficient and user friendly. I am in awe of the digital signature that is supp**** as well, after delivery.

The COD payment system is baffling - because the company is so trusting of clients - I received the proforma invoice on 31/5/2022, for the quoted price. However the parcel was already on route for delivery! I paid EFT hours later!

Overall a huge thank you for being reliable and efficient.
