Bad service delivery

Could not confirm any events on their online app. Came with a truck with a broken lift. I requested delivery dates but they never confirm ed and then on the most unsuitable day in the rain, they delivered. Delivery staff just waited for the product to be off the truck and then wanted to leave without assisting us to take the equipment indoors out of the rain. I refused to sign the delivery note due to this. Dont ever want to deal with this company again.
