Bad Service
Received terrible service when booking a collection. Very noisy in the background and couldn't hear what the operator was saying clearly, he then got very impatient with me and put the phone down in my ear. The company i work for uses Bigfoot for all collections, they really cant afford to employ people with such bad people s****s
