APPALLING ATTITUDES & PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!
Our parcel was shipped from Bloemfontein on the 2nd Nov. It's the 7th and still no luck. After 3 working days +2 days (weekend) still no delivery and yet another "tomorrow" response. No communication from their end. After phoning several times over the past few day I had the phone thrown down in my ear (by Raymond @ the PMB branch) after being told to "next time to get the names of the people who make empty promises" and check dates before shipping as courier takes 96hrs" 96 HOURS ON COURIER (at R630.00) SERVICE FROM BLOEMFONTEIN TO NEWCASTLE??????? Needles to say. My URGENT parcel will arrive "tomorrow", a day short of a week! STAY AWAY!!! FAAAAAAAAAAARRRRR AWAY and save yourself disappointment!

I apologise for the inconvenience caused. The service to the outlying area is indeed 96 hours, as the area is only serviced on specific day. We are unfortunately not a courier company but a break bulk service which carry different requirements for delivery.
I have addressed the matter with both the sending and receiving branch managers as to ensure that the correct information is filtered through to our valued clients to avoid future disappointments.
Your parcel will be delivered in the region tomorrow morning. I again wish to apologise for your inconvenience.
