ALMOST A DOUBLE OVERCHARGE!!!

Before opening my account with big foot express just a month back, I thoroughly read all the big foot REVIEWS on hello Peter. Most were negative and I thought it may have been their bad luck, I went ahead and opened my account. Now I am convinced to know who is the real medium of this 'bad luck'...!!!

Jolene, from the pmb branch quoted me a flat pallet rate for goods from Jeffreys Bay. She was quite convincing and went by it without asking for a written quite as everything was quite thorough.

Big Foot does not endorse her quote, despite me going ahead with the load, and now I am billed R1500 more than the initial verbal quote.

The manager is a wonderful chap who goes out of his way to service customer's. Delivery is prompt with all honesty, but this is a big ****** up, especially if you starting off or think that after years you have finally met up with the right company....!!!

Jolene, does not deny her quote. So why doesn't Accounts just go by her word and Bill her for it instead???
