My name is zanele Ndzombani ID NO *** I would like to log a complain against big five funeral parlour fsp 49529 I submitted a claim on the 18th of September 2021 till this day I haven't received my pay out when I call the funeral director he is always giving stories that the money is paid will reflect soon on my account even yesterday he told me the same story I don't know what to do anymore it's R20000 that I'm being owed but big five now when I call today he gets irritated and he is telling me how busy he is he has serious matters to attend to not me and the my nagging.
