It grew and then it didn't!!! So disappointed.

We planted out seeds about 4 weeks ago. Initially they sprouted after about 4 days and the area, was looking great. I was thrilled. We had new grass under trees and in other small areas where it did not grow previously.

I set up a meticulous watering schedule according to the directions and we mulched as directed. But as the days have gone by the grass is looking more and more patchy and everyday we are losing more of it. I am so disappointed.

I cannot say I recommend Big bag, perhaps try a different product. With all the rain we have received in Johannesburg and keeping the watering up, the good soil we used . I cannot understand why it would not have grown well. I leave it down to poor seeds.

I also am disappointed with your customer care lines, as I have on numerous occasions tried to contact Big bag and no one attends the phones.

Initially I sent an email also to ask when to cut the grass as I was unsure and I received one line back via email. This is a company who has a lovely website but no after sales service whatsoever.

Perhaps go with a different tried and tested brand before choosing this one. I am not confident in Big bag seeds at all.
