WORST SERVICE EVER

Think twice before ordering from Big5 Cookware!! I placed an order on 6 February after being assured that the style and colour plates I wanted is in stock. When following up on delivery, I was told that there was no stock of this product. Olga said that they will refund me within 3-5 working days. I have sent several mails as well as Whatsapp messages with my banking details, with zero replies. They do not have landlines, and all my calls are being ignored. I threatened to post my review on every imaginable platform if my refund does not reflect on Friday, 23 February, not even that got a response. It is not just about the money, it is about managing the expectations of your customers. This company rates ZERO!!!
