Big5 Cookware is a disappointment

I bought the R899.00 combo on the 20th of September which they say in their adverti*****t that products above R800 are shipped for free anywhere in SA. After several follow ups, the items were not shipped to me, I kept on asking them on WhatsApp, they said they will refund me because courier fees are expensive to where i am located which is the Eastern Cape, Libode. Up to now I have not received my money. Soo disappointed with their services, would not recommend to anyone.
