Brilliant service and going the extra mile

I telephoned my local store for a few items which weren't available. I spoke with the Manager Daniel and after advising him on the items I required, he said that he would call me back. As promised, he called me advising me on the location of the items. He said that he would personally pick them from the stores they were at. A few days later, Daniel called me and advised that he picked up one of the items and told me when the other one would be available. It is so good to see that Customer Service actually exists that staff actually do go the extra mile to serve a customer. One very satisfied, happy customer!
