Big tree accommodation left us stranded on the roads

We have booking via leakerslap and booking.com. while at the accommodation in they cabins a snake was discovered in the cabin. We had informed the owner and management with regards to this however she was so rude and arrogant and refused to accommodate us for the night as we required a full refund she asked us to leave her property and that's it's not my problem as to when we go at 8:45 in the night. She has left me and my family stranded on the roadside in margate for the night until this morning as even to cops did not grant us a permit to travel . I find d this very unprofessional and people should take this as a learning lesson when booking out places these people care about our money and not us and it is disgusting.its sad to know that I have a 13 year old child in the car and yet they could not accommodate us for the night till the morning yet she wanted me to pay R700 to stay the night. And would deduct from the payment I have made. If I had agreed to that what would happen to us for the rest of the week that I am in margate do I sleep on the road with my family. Accommodation like these should not exist
