Coreldraw only worked for 7 weeks

After 7 weeks of purchasing the laptop, I got a message that the CorelDraw software is ******* and stopped working. I contacted them and was informed that I purchased the laptop and he gave me the programme out of the goodness of his heart. They cannot guarantee if or how long the programmes will work. His solution was to pay his buddy R1000 for another copy which I obviously did not agree to. I had to purchase a legal copy, but now I sit with a very old laptop whose DVD drive doesn't work, the battery that he said was in a good condition only lasts for 1 hour and 50 min and you do not get the free laptop bag as they advertise. Without the software, you pay way too much for what you get. The only reason I am giving them a 2 is that the laptop is fast.
