BIG FAIL STORAGE (Lansdowne)- 1 Star is too much
BIG FAIL STORAGE - 1 Star is too much - Might as well have left your stuff at friends or family, I fell ill last year September and was hospitalised for 3 months, in this period my mother moved all my stuff into Big Storage Lansdowne, as my previous lease expired during this time, got a new place in December and the week I moved in, BIG STORAGE let us know that there was a fire on their premises, low and behold, all my posessions were burned, now they are saying they are not liable for the loss, yet there are rumors that a vagrant broke into the premises and started the fire, avoid Big Storage at all costs if you value your posessions. I literally have to start from overs, not even a refund on the storage costs that were paid, minimal communication, all that was told to us was that the cause of the fire was "Undetermined" received and email last week asking if they can remove the debris out the unit, assuming for the next tenant to move in, this company has no remorse or respect for your valuables and I will never trust them again with anything.
