Poorest Service Delivery

Big sky hardware does not have proper customer service. Poor management on deliveries and they are proud instead on showing concern on arising matters. I will not be surprised if they don't attend my problem or respond on way forward. My delivery was two days late and one bag of cement is still not delivered to date. i made means of communicating with them and even went to try and collect the cement bag myself. I was not attended to, now had to buy another cement since the work on my yard is on hold and was two days delayed by their delivery as well.
