<p>Last year I bought building material from them. I did not want it delivered immediately I wanted to pay for everything before the construction started. I made two separate purchases. I was promised free delivery which I got. I however did not receive everything from my 1st purchase. When I asked them to deliver the 2nd order I was told I got everything I paid for. I went with all my proof of payments. They just had my payments on their system, no record of what I ordered. I had to give them documents for what I ordered. I was told the guy who was handling my account was fired and I should wait until they finished investigating. My purchase was for R15 000. I kept on going to find out what is happening, each time I was told they will call me but they never did. At one point they said they will call the guy so he can work for that money. It's been 2 months and I still haven't heard anything from them. I want to take legal steps against them. I feel they were just happy to dismiss me and forgot about me. I initially wanted them to give me what I paid for. I had to buy the material elsewhere as they sit with my money. I feel they have taken advantage of me. They don't care about their clients. </p>
